Cancellation Policy 

​48hrs prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one-night room and taxes. 

Security Deposit Policy 

​The Security Deposit is the equivalent of the duration of the total guest’s stay plus US$85 per night for incidentals. This deposit is either held against an authorized credit card or accepted in cash (for guests paying by cash).

Children under 7 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult. 
  
No pets allowed. 
  
3rd person charge of USD$25 applies for guests 7 years of age and older. 
7 years of age and over adult pull-out sofa available.  
  
All prices quoted above attract 10% Government Consumption Tax (GCT) and 10% Service Charge.
